Queen Cosmetics

Campaign Context

Latina-owned beauty brand Queen Cosmetics needed to find new ways to reach a larger audience, level up sales and launch products. TikTok Shop was already Queen Cosmetics’ #1 organic sales platform, so they focused on adding paid ads to their marketing mix. They leveraged their highest-performing existing creatives as Shop Ads, promoting their products in clickable, dynamic ads. They also utilized the Display Card add-on for Video Shopping Ads to simplify the purchase process. They built on their organic success via Spark Ads, a native ad format that allows advertisers to boost their successful organic videos as ads.


The Results
Adding paid advertising yielded a larger audience and big results for Queen Cosmetics. The brand saw an amazing increase in ROAS compared to previous campaigns, plus a massive reduction in CPA and over a million video views between their Shop and Spark ads. Most importantly, TikTok Shop has become their bread and butter, with increased sales causing certain products to frequently sell out.
